As of May 16, 2025, Polyned has officially become part of the Albers Alligator Group B.V. With this acquisition, we are expanding our activities into the construction, sports, and leisure sectors. By joining forces with Polyned \u2014 a specialist in technical textile architecture \u2014 we are taking a significant step toward achieving our long-term strategy: broadening our product portfolio and entering new market segments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Albers Alligator operates in over 40 countries and has been delivering innovative solutions for the storage and covering of water, fertilizers, biogas, and other liquids within the agricultural, horticultural, and industrial sectors for decades. With the addition of Polyned \u2014 active since 1972 and known for its high-quality textile constructions \u2014 we are extending our capabilities into new areas such as air domes, fa\u00e7ade systems, canopies, and the Datex cooling system for data centers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
