Albers Alligator welcomes two new owners

e are proud to announce that Albers Alligator has two new owners. Lennard Blijdorp and Michael van der Windt have acquired the shares of our 123-year-old company from Ronald Edel. The duo aims to expand our international activities and diversify the product portfolio.Lennard and Michael are excited about the acquisition: “From the very first moment, we felt a strong connection with Ronald, Albers Alligator, and the solutions the company provides. It fits perfectly with our ambitions. We see many opportunities to further grow the business,” says Lennard. Michael adds: “Our backgrounds, education, and experience align seamlessly with this dynamic company.”Ronald, the former owner of Albers Alligator, will remain actively involved and will join Lennard and Michael on the management board. His decision to hand over the company to the new owners stems from the potential he sees in these young entrepreneurs. Ronald explains: “My focus has always been on the continuity of Albers Alligator and delivering quality. Since turning fifty, I’ve been considering the future of the company. With Lennard and Michael, we have found the right people to further professionalize Albers Alligator and take it to the next level.”With this acquisition, Lennard and Michael mark the beginning of a new chapter for the company. “We plan to further introduce our existing products internationally and use the expertise within the organization to develop new solutions,” Michael explains. “We are proud to continue this family business with a rich history and excellent international reputation.”
