Last year, Albers Alligator sponsored the Tontrans team’s truck in the Dakar Rally. The team completed the rally and finished in 26th place, which is a fantastic performance. Perseverance and quality of the truck and team played a major role.
Quality also plays a major role at Albers Alligator and to prove it, a Dakar truck weighing around 10 tonnes drove over one of our Winbags to test if it was strong enough. Our Winbag passed the test with flying colours. It was a totally different sight to the mini that drove over one of our slurry bags many years ago.
